Shipping
The Short Version
Shipping is free. Every watch ships fully insured via FedEx overnight in unmarked packaging, with adult signature required on delivery. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. U.S. only.
The Full Policy
Where I Ship
Crystal Reserve currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
I do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses. Adult signature is required on every delivery, and these address types cannot reliably support signature confirmation. If you place an order with one of these as the shipping address, I will reach out to arrange an alternative.
Shipping Cost
Free. Every order ships at no cost to you.
Carrier and Speed
All watches ship via FedEx Priority Overnight. In most cases, your watch will arrive the next business day after it leaves my hands.
FedEx does not deliver overnight on weekends or holidays. Orders placed late in the week may arrive the following Monday or next available business day.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Before any watch ships, I personally:
- Verify the order details and buyer information
- Photograph and video the watch with serial number visible
- Document the packing process for security
- Generate the shipping label and insurance coverage
- You will receive tracking information by email as soon as the label is created.
Insurance
Every shipment is fully insured for the full purchase price of the watch. The insurance is included at no additional cost and is non-negotiable, this is how I protect your investment in transit.
If you choose to ship a watch back to me for any reason and do not use the FedEx label I provide, I cannot guarantee insurance on the return. Always use the label I send you.
Packaging
Watches ship in unmarked, generic packaging with no external branding indicating the contents. The return address is generic. There is nothing on the outside of the package that signals a luxury watch is inside. This is standard practice for high-value shipments and reduces the risk of theft in transit.
Signature Required
Adult signature is required on every delivery. FedEx will not leave the package unattended. If no one is available to sign, FedEx will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local FedEx location for pickup.
If you know you will not be home, you can use FedEx Delivery Manager (free) to schedule a delivery time, redirect to a FedEx Hold location, or schedule pickup. I recommend setting this up before your watch ships.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments
In the unlikely event a shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, contact me immediately:

Because every shipment is fully insured, you are protected. I will personally handle the claim with FedEx and ensure you are made whole, either through replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances. You will not be left holding the loss.
Tracking
Tracking is sent by email when your label is created. Once your watch is in FedEx's hands, you can monitor its progress directly with the carrier.
If you have any concerns about a shipment, including delays, tracking that hasn't updated, or anything else, reach out and I will follow up with FedEx on your behalf.
