How is each watch authenticated?
Yes. Each watch is authenticated by an independent third-party watchmaker when it arrives with us, before you pay the balance and before it ships to you. We are an independent dealer and not affiliated with any of the brands we carry, which is why we back every watch with our own warranty.
Do I pay anything upfront?
Not until we have spoken and agreed on a price. If you move forward, you place a deposit. The deposit is fully refundable until we order the watch, and also if the watch does not arrive in the condition we described.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn watch. Text or call us before sending anything back and we will walk you through it.
