Yes. Every watch is sent to a professional third-party watchmaker for authentication before it is listed. We stand behind the authenticity of every piece we sell.

Every watch carries a 12-month movement warranty, backed by us directly. If the movement fails on its own, we will repair it, or replace it if it cannot be repaired. The warranty covers the movement only. It does not cover the case, crystal, crown, bracelet, dial or cosmetic wear, and it does not cover damage from drops, impacts, water or other user damage, or a watch that has been opened or serviced by anyone other than us or an approved watchmaker. To make a claim, contact us and send the watch to us, and we will pay to ship it back to you.

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn watch. If the watch was not as described, we cover return shipping. Text or call us before sending anything back so we can walk you through it. See the full return policy.

Brand New means the watch has never been worn. Pre-Owned Excellent means light or no visible wear and fully serviceable condition. Each listing states the condition and whether the box and papers are included.
